Bhagwati Group, promoted by Dr. Ing. P.N.Bhagwati, Ph.D. in foundry engineering from Aachen, Germany, has two foundry units- Bhagwati Spherocast Pvt. Ltd. and Bhagwati Autocast Ltd. Under his visionary leadership, both the foundry units have flourished manifold and today are the most sought after and preferred casting suppliers in the Transmission and Automotive segment.
Bhagwati Autocast Ltd.
Bhagwati Autocast Ltd., promoted in 1984, is located 25 kms away from Ahmedabad, near village Bavla. It is a machine moulding unit using Disa Flex-70 high pressure line with an annual capacity of 18000 tonnes, producing high duty grey iron and ductile iron castings. It is also an ISO-9001-2015 company.
Bhagwati Spherocast Pvt Ltd.
Bhagwati Spherocast Pvt Ltd. located 8 kms. away from Ahmedabad City, at GIDC Estate, Odhav. A medium scale private limited company, setup in 1977, this unit has an annual capacity of 22000 M.T producing high duty grey iron and ductile iron castings as per any International Standards for various OEM industries. It is also an ISO-9001-2015 company.
Rinal Machining
In the year 2012, a machine shop was set up with a vision to supply fully finished components keeping in mind customers' growing appetite and need for supply of fully machined products to reduce inventories and strain on the supply chain.
Rinal Machining which is a part of Bhagwati Spherocast is fully equipped with the latest state-of-the-art HMC/VMC and turning centres made by BFW and is fully backed with latest measuring equipment like ZEISS make CMM to establish full dimensional control and accuracy.

Bhagwati Filters , is located in GIDC Estate Odhav , Ahmedabad. The company manufactures low, medium and high pressure hydraulic Filters and Elements. It serves leading corporate units in Various OEM and replacement markets for more than 30 years.
